As a student, there have been many times when I haven’t been able to understand certain topics because I just couldn’t visualize them in my head, and I’ve noticed with my sibling and other younger students that oftentimes this frustration causes them to lose interest in STEM. To try and combat this, I’ve developed my first, free educational simulation to provide students starting to learn the basics of chemistry and their teachers with several interactive 3D molecular models and a few basic lessons on each compound.
